A VA(Virtual Assistant) is a doer. The help with basic tasks like calendar support, inbox management, invoicing, data entry etc. They can specialize in areas like tech, digital marketing and general admin.

An OBM is a manager. They manage the day to day tasks and revenue generating functions. They report directly the the CEO or to a DOO.

A DOO/COO is an executive-level and leadership position in an online business that is scaling. They work with business owners to execute their vision. The DOO focuses on growth and business development. They are responsible for managing the daily activities of the company by overseeing several departments. They direct actions across the organization and direct management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

My retainer is an agreed upon investment between us. Retainers are paid up-front to ensure that I can meet your needs. My retainers begin with a 6 month contract so that we can see reasonable results. Retainers provide security for you as the client and allow me to properly delegate my time and energy appropriately for each client.

I only take a select number of clients at any given time to ensure that I am delivering high quality support and relationships with each of my clients. I make your business my business and therefore need to learn your unique style.

Before we begin, we will schedule a consult call where we will get to know each other better. During the discovery call we will decide if we are a good mutual fit for one another.
